Tiny Crochet

I've been trying to crochet some teeny-tiny dials to make a necklace of my own but these babies are harder then I thought they'd be. I might just have to splurge on the original!

And Another One

I crocheted another one like this, but this pattern is different. I liked crocheting the clusters on this one better.

Peek A Boo

I enjoy a little crochet every now and then and I needed a quick gift. This Peek A Boo Hat was a fun, cute, fast and FREE pattern - great way to use up scrap yarn too!

Thread Inspired

I stumbled upon these the other day and fell in LOVE with them. Love them so much it inspired to me to dig out the old box of threads I got from my grandma when she passed. I've been holding onto this box for many years now. She is the one that taught me how to crochet when I was a very young girl - this project will be perfect.

I'm so pleased to have found my beloved box of threads. I also found a bunch of old hooks and this handkerchief with crocheted edging - she did tons of projects like this with beautiful edging.

All of WREN's work is so inspiring - just love her style. If you haven't seen her work you must go check it out. Her crochet pieces are my favorite.

I've got a few different projects I'm working on right now - really got my 'crafting itch' back - my mind is working full tilt with ideas and projects - I just need to find the time to do them!

Cuddly Owl

Just finished my Owl! Isn't he cute? Just one of the cuddly critters I want to make from this group.

I'll have to see what colors I have in my stash to see what I can cast on for next. I'm itching to do the Giraffe but need more yellow so that one will have to wait. Maybe I'll try the crocheted Puppy or Bunny next. They're just so cute and fun!

Hats Off!

Boy do I love my Fun In The Sun hat!!! I followed Wendy's alterations to the pattern and I JUST LOVE IT! (fyi-starch was crucial since I made the brim bigger - hello, JLo!)
This Fun In The Sun hat pattern is from Interweave Crochet, Summer 2007

I almost got 3 done - BTW, I'm going to lift my quota, it's too stressful!

Here is Vertical Stripes from Itty-Bitty Hats. I had some trouble getting this to work, my panels never lined up quite right… I think it looks ok though.I did these two as well. Well, almost 2 - I can't believe I ran out of blue yarn! grrrrrrrrCan you see the star motif in the hat? It's a cute simple hat from an old Knitter's, Summer 2001 issue. The hat is part of a set called Untraditional Baby Set.

Well I gotta run, I'm going away this week for work and I'll be away from a computer until Friday. See you later and have a great week!
