I think I mentioned this before, but I have a ton of pregnant friends right now. We're talking 10 new babies (that I know of!) on the way. This is so exciting and I love knitting for baby. I'm starting to realize, however, that the due dates are fast approaching and I haven't gotten much knit in the line of baby gifts. I want to knit what I can for these babys so I best get going!
Of course where else would I turn but Itty-Bitty Hats. I've gushed about this book so much but it's truly my favorite knitting book. Susan B. Anderson is a favorite designer of mine and I can't wait to get a copy of her 2nd book, Itty-Bitty Nursery! Her creativity amazes me!
You know, I think I'm going to have to give myself a 'knitting quota' in order to get some hats done in time. Maybe like a 3 hat a week quota or something like that? Yeah, we'll see how that goes… don't get me wrong though, I don't want this to sound like a 'job.' I adore making baby hats it's probably my favorite thing to knit!
I mean who wouldn't love making these precious hats? Didn't this Rosebud hat turn out sweet…This Snowman is so cute and I bet it's 10xs cuter on!I started the Vertical Stripes hat too. The construction is really cool.Susan B. your the best! :)
Yarn: These are all knit with Berroco, Touché. I really enjoying working with this yarn and have a huge stash of it all for baby hats!

I love those itty bitty hats, especially the rosebud hat & your summertime tunic came out great!
I LOVE those hats! They are quick and addictive! LOL
That rosebud hat is adorable!
Those hats are just adorable! :)
Thanks for the capelet comment.
I now have two more blogs on my bloglines...yours and Susan Anderson's!
super cute hats! can't wait to see that vertical stripe hat!
what mama wouldn't want to see their new baby in one of those? you are a great friend!
You do such fun work, and a lot of it too! Where do you find the time friend?
I'm a bit obsessed with my hobbies. I don't know if that is a good thing or bad!
Actually, the reason I'm doing so much it because my husband and I don't have any kids yet so I'm taking full advantage of my 'ME' time while I can! :)
Thanks for all the possitive comments!

Those are too adorable!!!
What did you use for the little roses on the top? Did you use Berroco Touche for those?
Thanks, Mandy! Yes, I used Touché for the rose buds. Touché has a great range of colors. The only thing I would have liked is if the had could hold it's shape better and stand up on it's own. In the photos they have tissue paper keeping their form. But the yarn is great, soft and I think reasonably priced.
