Thanks for all the suggestions on your favorite sock patterns. I did decide to start with Charade and am very happy I did. I love it so far. The Plucky yarn is great and the pattern is too. Very easy stitch pattern to memorize so that made it nice for knitting on the plane.

Very pretty! I have intentions to knit those socks, but I'm coming to terms with the fact that I stink at finishing a pair of socks. Sigh.

Wow -- that is a beautiful pattern!! And the yarn is pretty darn awesome, too! Just wait til you wear your first pair of handknit socks...you'll wish for a drawer full immediately!
