Never-Ending Lace

This would have been done a long time ago if it weren't for the never-ending lace.

60 inches of a lace pattern that I have to give my undivided, no t.v. watching, no one else in the room attention too hasn't been on the top of my list of things to do!

Oh my goodness I KNOW. I started that project two years ago and it has yet to be finished. The two sections are so different from each other--On the one hand you have ribbing that seems endless, and on the other you have that lace pattern which makes everyone want to cry on the inside. Good thing the end product is worth it! Eye on the prize :)

Those undivided attention projects can get a little tedious when all you want to do is unwind with a little knitting and some TV. I'm sure when it's finished though it will be beautiful!

that is going to be lovely.

i know how you feel about no interactions. and as soon as my mind starts to wander, i'm toast.

That seems to be what people say about this project -- love the outcome though. Maybe in a year or so I'll try it too...or maybe a book on tape from the library would do the trick?
