A Pin Cushion

This project has been sitting on my craft table half finished forever. I got a little bit of sewing time yesterday so I thought I'd get around to finishing it.

It's the Easy Pin Cushion, free from Bari J. Great way to use up scraps. These fabrics scraps were from my mom's stash from years ago, kind of retro looking - actually the fabric brings back lots of memories from my moms crafting and me always stealing borrowing fabric, yarn and whatever else I could get my crafty little hands on.

These would make cute little gifts too don't you think? I think every girl needs a pin cushion - even if you don't sew! Oooo, one done with these would be very sweet as well.

Thanks for the pattern Bari J!

Love that you used fabric from your mom -- I have some things like that. :)

Very cute. Perhaps I could make this, is it very easy or is it your talent that makes it seem so, like haordressers make cutting hair look simple.
