Katie's Emmeline

I finally got the time I needed to finish this apron.

I was able to quickly snap a few pictures before shipping this out to a dear friend in Chicago. It was part of a wedding shower gift for her. When you want to make a gift, I think a handmade apron, packaged with a nice cookbook and any little extras is a great wedding shower gift idea.

Love that it's reversible and full-length. One of these days I'll make one for myself!

You click on the color bar and it brings up fabric swatches from etsy sellers. I'm new to sewing and I still can't stop buying.

I have some of the turquoise and brown fabric! You have given me a kick in the pants to use it. Great combination - what a lucky friend!
