Of course, after all that work I put in to it to have it finished in time for December 1st, plus the fact that I even had a KAL on Ravelry for this project, of course I wouldn't forget to have this hung in time for the first day of Advent.
OF COURSE I wouldn't!
I did remember… I remembered at about 7 p.m. last night! Just in the nick of time for WZ to enjoy hanging it and getting his first treat out of mitten number 1 before having to go to bed.
And be sure, first thing this morning he was ready to dig into hat number 2!

Speaking of Christmas Count Downs. Did you see? The Yarn Harlot is doing a fabulous "gifts for knitters" count down until Christmas. And I'm not saying it's fabulous just because she mentioned Knitterella in her post on stationery yesterday. (OMG I'm still reeling from the fact that she listed/recommended my product line!) Over the days leading up to Christmas she's going to try and make some suggestions about stuff that knitters would like for Christmas gifts. I'm looking forward to seeing what she lists next. Be sure to follow it too!

I love how this turned out. I really need to think about one for the future.
I've loved the Yarn Harlot post yesterday too! Tomorrow I have a baby shower and will be giving a gift with your lovely cards! I was really glad to find them in Montreal! Have a great Advent!
