Illustration: Winter Trails

Here is some recent illustration work that I just finished for Alana of Never Not Knitting's just released hat pattern, Winter Trails. She wanted a woodland, wintery-like theme and these pine cones are scattered about her pattern layout.



I so enjoy designing her pattern layouts because I get to do fun things like get get out my watercolors. Each of her pattern layouts have there own unique theme and are full of original art work - such a great way to showcase her original and beautiful designs!

Illustration: Birds & Bees

Have you seen Never Not Knitting's newest pattern? If you haven't you need to go check it out HERE. She's designed an adorable set of knitted headbands. They are too cute!

You know I love designing the layouts for her patterns but this time it was extra fun! Alana wanted something extra special, something with kids in mind. This pattern has fun, bright and whimsical little illustrations through out and even hidden picture games. I've never seen anything like it. Alana is a great art director and I love executing her designs! Above are some illustration details that you'll find in her pattern.
