And I'm Off!

I have the day off from work and I'm heading to the Ann Arbor Art Fair with my mom. I'm very excited! I've never been to it and it's only 1.5 hrs away and is supposed to be really great.

I'm going to work on my new project in the car. See a preview here…Doesn't look like much now (actually looks pretty funny), but it's the Fun In The Sun hat from Interweave Crochet, Summer 2007. After Wendy made it I had to start one for myself! (These colors match my bathing suit)

Hey, thank you for all the nice comments on my Coachella! I really appreciate it! I suggest you all knit one of these too, it was easy, fun and fast. I might just do another.

P.S. I'm still working on my baby hats too!

Thought you were a bit crazy when I first saw the hat since it looks a bit wintery so far. Then I clicked on the link - OMG I love it and have been wanting to knit one for a long time.

The key word here being KNIT! THere must be a pattern out there somewhere.

Hope the art show was fun and that you took some pictures!

Hey Jill. Can't wait to see this hat finished. It looks awesome. I may have to try it sometime.

I was wondering if you could suggest a pattern or a place to start for a fairly simple baby sweater (for a boy). My best friend is due in October and I'd love to make her something.

Thanks!
