Firework Show

Thanks for your help and input with my nightmare. I figured since the company is sending shipping labels to me so I can send the unacceptable tins back that the refund is a given but I better make sure on that. It better be!

OK on to happier things… Happy Fourth Of July! Can you believe this was taken in my backyard?

Well it was! Last Saturday night our neighbor put on quite the show for his niece's graduation party. I couldn't believe how good the fireworks were and how long they lasted. It was a top-notch show and we had the best seats! Just chillin' in the back yard with some friends and watching this awesome show go off less then a mile away. So cool.

Looking forward to seeing the night sky light up again tonight. Wishing you a happy and safe day and long weekend!

What a beautiful picture! Happy 4th of July!!

What a bummer about the packaging for your new product :( I really hope everything works out!!

You might want to check your spelling and grammar next time you blog. "Forth" is not the correct spelling for the numerical four, it is spelled "fourth". Did you mean "best seats", not "best sets"? I do enjoy reading your blog, but these mistakes certainly sour the experience.

Long time reader, first time poster. Love your blog, good to know your tin problem has a solution, because the product looks great...from what you can see of it in the picture and the items in your shop.
Happy 4th of July to you too!!

In regards to the previous comment critiquing your typos, isn't it interesting how someone can be so quick to jump in and correct someone's typographical errors while hiding behind anonymity. If he/she were a longtime reader, they would be well aware that you're an intelligent person and have full comprehension of elementary grammar and beyond.

I'm stepping off the soapbox now.
Enjoy your weekend.

Happy FORTH of July! ;-)

Hillarious Martha, but you should not be so quick to judge others and assume things based on your own preconceived notions and assumptions. I did not say that the blogger wasn't an intelligent person, nor did I say that she didn't have a full comprehension of elementary grammar and beyond. I merely pointed out that there were several mistakes in her post that were clearly recognizable had she thought to look twice at what she had typed.

Signed, the person hiding behind anonymousity

person hiding behind anonymity- again...hiding behind anonymity

I never wrote that you said those things to her but I'm going to take away your job as grammar police and let you know that ...
you spelled "hilarious" wrong.
maybe YOU should look twice at what you type. NOW that's hilarious

FYI, seeing as how anonymous is not even in high school yet, he/she reserves the right to makes mistakes, considering the fact he/she does not have their GED, ulike SOME people. BTW, anonymous, did you take into account my advice about not judging people based on assumptions and preconceived notions?

P.S. What gives you the right to take away one's job(grammar police remark) when you have failed to spell "fourth" correctly in your first post?

Judge and thou shalt be judged. This is what I have to learn from this little spat. Sorry for the heated words typed in the posts following the first one.

P.S. This is extended to Martha, as well.

Wow, just got back from a weekend away and I'm surprised to see things get so heated here. This has never happened before and I'm thinking I should delete the whole post? I don't want anyone out there not getting along.

I totally know I have horrible grammar! That was one hesitation I had to even starting a blog because I was worried about it, but I'm so glad I did start one and so glad for spellcheck! I've been trying to post more lately and maybe I should slow down a bit - I'm obviously not taking enough time to proof my own post!

Sorry if I've "sour the experience" for anyone :(

knitterella, don't worry about people correcting you, typos happen to everyone.
This blog is awesome and I love all the things you create.
To the anonymous person full of %$#@ - clearly, you've got problems. I intentionally misspelled FORTH because regardless of the spelling the kind gesture knitterella was sending out, was kindly received and I was showing support.

Wow - what an interesting bunch of comments...

Typos/grammatical errors are inevitable for most people, and I, for one, have never left your blog with a "soured" feeling. ;)

And I'm totally jealous hat you had such a great seat for a fireworks show! We sat in my sister's yard, but we had to stand up to see them, as there was a fence in the way! lol
