Itz Been

Itz been a while since I lasted posted, since I've last crafted, since I've been to my local knitting night, since I've visited all my favorite blogs and many other things, but I'm not complaining because I've been spending my time with my sweet baby boy. I've been so loving my time with Will and I'm spending every last minute of these last few maternity leave days that I have left with him. Next week is back to the grind - gosh I can't believe how fast the past 6 weeks have gone. It's sad to think how fast he's growing.

We'll see how it goes with being back to work and the swing of things but I do hope to get back to posting a couple times a week again and possibly finding some craft time for myself… I am starting to get my crafting itch back.

I wanted to share with you one of the 'must have' items that has helped me out with being a new mommy. It's called an Itzbeen Timer. A must have for a first time mom like me. I love this thing! I had a lot of laughs when I said I wanted one but I tell ya, I take it with me everywhere and it's so helpful. Basically just 4 stop-watches in one - check it out. If you have a new mom to buy for I highly recommend this as a gift.

No laughs here about the Itzbeen - just jealousy! I wish I had one of those when my kids were infants.

Has it really been 6 weeks already? I bet Will just keeps getting cuter each day. Enjoy this last relaxing week with him, this is such a precious time.

I didn't have one of those, but I will get one next time. Even if you only use it for the first few weeks, it would be worth it. It also would have helped if I had remembered to change the clock in the nursery for daylight savings time before I gave birth.

I've never seen such a thing. I certainly understand though. The brain goes to mush when that first baby is here then it disappears with the second. Enjoy your time!!

I have never seen that thing, but it would have been so useful! my kid is old enough now, but it sounds like a great gift for a new mom or dad.

Ah! That's GREAT! We're TTC for #2, and I am going to request one. Your baby boy and knits are gorgeous ...um, I mean handsome. Take care, and do cherish those outgrown clothes. My baby is almost three, and sleep deprivation and all ... I miss him so little.
