My 'just-in-case-it's-a-gril' blanket is finished and it turned out absolutely gorgeous!
It was a little time consuming for me because of the chart work. Although, it wasn't complicated chart work, I was counting my stitches after each round and putting in life-lines so I wouldn't get any mistakes. It was so worth it and I couldn't be happier with the end result. It turned out just perfect.
With this blanket and my 'just-in-case-it's-a-boy' blanket done I can feel a little more ready for the baby to come. These were the two major knits I wanted to get done, anything else that gets finished from here on out will be a bonus!

It's beautiful! And I love that you didn't find out. I didn't either and it was just the best surprise ever. :)

Gorgeous! I am going to make this for a friend's baby, and you just inspired me to make it multi-colored.
